If that's not it, then maybe try temporarily giving your Steam-client Administrator level privilages and try to reinstall then.
Also, I know some software are fussy about what hard-drive it's installed to and may prefer to be installed on the c: hard-drive. I don't know if that's the case with MorphVox Pro, but if you were trying to install on a different hard-drive other than your c: drive, try to instead install to your c: drive.
Ok, those are just some ideas I could think to suggest.
You could go to the Developer's website and try contacting the Support there for some help.
