In the MorphVox Pro Preferences and Device Settings ensure the proper recording device "Microphone" and Playback device are set properly. You could also try changing the Driver Mode to something else and see if that helps. Tweaking the Sound Setting might help too.
If wanting to have others hear your morphed voice, such as in Skype or when streaming in OBS, etc.. then for whatever program be sure to set the Mic device input settings in those programs as the "Screaming Bee" device (which is the virtual mic driver for MorphVox), that's probably why others could hear you when you had your Listen button on, because all of your computer sound was then being broadcasted, but when you turned off the Listen, then your morphed voice was no longer heard by others.
If you can't get things working properly, you might consider contacting official Support for MorphVox on thier site and hopefully they will be able to help you resolve the problems you're having:

Good luck.
And just to reiterate the above, no that is not the case. There was no feedback loop that allowed the others to hear me. Simply, if I have the ''Listen'' button ticked on and MorphVox repeats what I say *but* I mute every-thing on my computer togheter then talk in games, people hear me. But if I turn of the ''Listen'' option and un-mute or keep it mute then people can not hear me. This perplexes me.
So far, you've been a greater help than their out-dated tutorials. Maybe you can be again, other-wise I will have to contact them, I guess.
Ensure that MorphVox is on your anti-virus exception / allow list and that nothing of it is already quarantined (if it is, remove anything of MorphVox, Screaming Bee or Steam from the quarantine and ensure all those programs & according folders are on the exception / allow list for your anti-virus).
What programs are you using when you want others to hear your morphed voice?
Depending on the program, under the Audio settings it should hopefully allow you to choose your Mic input device.
For example; If using something like OBS (Open Broadcasting Software) to stream, and if wanting others to hear your morphed voice, in the mixer add a Mic device and for it's Properties select the "Screaming Bee Audio" option. You can test it out by making a short video recording (from within OBS itself) then playing it back and listen to the results.
Other software (such as Skype for example) should also have an option to set your Mic device, then you can also select the "Screaming Bee Audio" device.
You might also be able to test it out in something like Audacity, http://www.audacityteam.org/ , a good free sound recording & editing utility. Set the Microphone option to "Screaming Bee Audio" and do a test recording then play it back and you can hear if it recorded your morphed voice.
In Windows, go to your Recording Devices (right-click on the little speaker icon that is usually in the Windows Tray and select Recording Devices).
Find "Screaming Bee Audio" on the Microphone list. Right click on it and "Set as default device" and right-click on it again and "Set at default communication device".
Right-click on it again and select Properties.
On the Listen tab select your device you listen to sound with (or perhaps just keep it on "Default Playback Device" should probably be fine).
On the Levels tab, set the slider to 100.
On the Advanced tab un-check / clear the box for the option to "Allow application to take exclusive control of this device". When done click Apply then OK.
Try using MorphVox Pro gain and see if the issues are resolved.
In the MorphVox Pro Preferences and Device Settings ensure the proper recording device "Microphone" (the actual real mic you want to speak into) and Playback device are still set properly.
You could do a test recording (such as in Audacity like I mentioned in my previous post) and see if it works. If so then you're on the right track.
If things seem to be working, when you're finished using MorphVox Pro and if you'd like, you can then go back to Windows Recording Devices and change back to what other Mic you prefer as your default recording device & default communications device.
Ok, hope my suggestions help.
That was probably the root of the issue, masked behind the missing virtual drive.
Your suggestions made me realize it, well done.
Well, glad to know that some of my suggestions helped you in tracking down the problems.
Hope MorphVox Pro is working well for you now and you can finally enjoy it. Cheers! :)
