authentic guy and girl voices seem to be the most difficult .
( i assume you have already downloaded the 7 Sound Packs and
the 10 voice packs ) from screamingbee dot com .
all 17 are free .
the voice packs are a good\quick way to get to a Voice Cliche' ,
then tweak it .
Monster voices are working real good .
I'm a guy, and for sometimes when I want to portray an anime-girl character (using FaceRig I sometimes do live-broadcasts and ocassionaly make some videos) to work with I like to use the "Female Pixie" voice from the Fantasy Pack (which, as Wakeme mentioned, you can download and install for free several voice-packs from ScreamingBee's website, you can find the voice packs specifically at: http://screamingbee.com/product/VoicePacks.aspx ),
and my settings I have or adjusted for when using that Female Pixie voice is:
Pitch Shift: 1.52
Timbre: Shift -0.02, Strength: 100
And under the Voice Effects options Tremolo is enabled.
Here's a screenshot of what it looks like:

It's a matter of trying the various voices and experimenting with the settings for a voice to get what you think are good results.
Good luck.
"Voice Pickup" , chenges the results , drastically different ,... at times .
"Low" setting does give cleaner voice , but continued tweaking of voices
and it doesn't give consistant results , after a while .
"High" setting is where i have to keep the slider . it seems to Filter\smooth out
everything , and the resutls of tweaking are Always consistant .
If it appears that morphVOX Pro isn't working correctly , try placing the
Voice Pickup slider to the Far Right .
i have also noticed , in Window's Audio Properties Recording Devices ,
the mic Level and the Screaming Bee Level settings can also affect
the tonal qualtiy , a little bit .
sometimes , an alias doesn't have the same sound as when working
directly from a Voice Pack , Voice .
So , try teeakiing your alias , and tweak the original Voice Event ,
to see which sounds better .
i have the Screaming Bee Device "Selected" .as the Default Device .
Do Alias voices compound\composite , to make a more complex result ?
example :
if i make an alias form a woman's "Voice Pack" Voice ,
and when it asks to make the new voice sample for the alias ,
i can speak differently , if i want .
Now , if i make an alias from the alias , and again speak differently during this
voice sample , will this second generation alias be even more unique\far removed
then the first alias ?
Voice Profile ( natureal voice )
first alias with different voice then Profile
second alias with different voice than first alias .
to date ,
i can NOT confirm the above .
Monster voices are much easier to make .
Mostly ,
with people voices you can change pitch timbre strength and equalizer .
most of the Sound Effects work well for monster voices , not so much for people voices .
ie :
you will need to apply your own sublte Voice Acting , when speaking , to help make
a better people voice . Perhaps make a Unique Voice Profile while speaking differently ,
then maybe Speak normally when making adjustments ,...to try to get to a reasonalbe result ,
that sounds different then your normal voice .
If a people voice is to be Spoken in a Cave , than apply some Echo and Reverb as needed .
"Voice Splicer" is on the Steam Store Page .
i have noticed that some of the Reverb from MVP does NOT make it into "Voice Splicer" .
in which , MVP settings might not sound that way in "Voice Splicer" .
the idea is to use Voice Splicer to "Save your voice , from voice stress" .
ie ; record your voice dialogue once ,...then drop MVP icons on the audio Time Line in "Voice Splicer" you can continue to adjust MVP in real-time tweak the voice , without having to speak anymore ( prevents voice strain )
go to screaming bee web site and download the 10 free voice packs , and 7 free sound packs .
that's about 90 Voice presents .
when you adjust a pre-installed voices , and try to click on another voice icon ,...MVP will Prompt do you want to save the changes ,...that will over-write the Preset . Better to make an Alias voice icon ,...
you can always make a new Voice Doctor Voice Profile ,...that will put all the preset voice icons back to their default state ,...for the New Voice Profile .
i am not sure how effective this might be , but when Speaking the text to make a new voice profile , speak in a different way , to give the Voice Doctor something different to work with .
Voice Splicer can only run , whtn MVP is already running . Voice Splier is found in one to fhte menus of Morph Vox Pro . Voice Splicer is kind of like a "Plug in" for MVP .
