Is there any way to switch off of SSR or change servers? New to POE and don’t realize it was cutting off al trading (my fault).

Do you mean SSF Solo Self-Found?

To do that you make another character in the standard league.

There may be an option on the character screen to migrate from SSF to standard but I don't know if that's available in POE2 yet.

currently desactivate (bug) but, this option will come soon. They says this problem are top priority

IKR. I couldn't understand either what it specifically means. So I googled it, and it said "you can't trade or co-op but can transition to standard later if you want to". Well, transition part was a lie. And game doesn't describe at all what name of the league means, so I see where they come from.

Self found = you found it.

Yeah, I think it's just new players that may not realize the ramifications of picking SSF. As for the transfer function, is there official word on when it will be activated? Is it a bug they're working on or just a feature being held until a later update?

trading is alive and well for leveling though, people bulk list rares for 1 ex without reading them.

I am unsure, honestly. Haven’t seen anyone mention a date.

'SSF' might be clear to you, but not everyone's familiar with Path of Exile terminology. 'mrbiggest' sought clarification, and your response came across as condescending. Refrain from making others feel inferior for asking questions – it's essential for community growth.
