Can't say i've had that combo but the mana drain alone is a PITA.
There's absolutely nothing you can do to avoid getting killed if it's a fast enemy too - just have to accept the L
There's a big worm that can spawn in Act 3 that has Flask drain + Mana Drain + Lightning aura and is faster than the flash on speed... so how are you supposed to beat that on a witch? You have no melee attack and you can't get away from it AND it pretty much instantly nukes all of your minions... it's 100% certain death
Also encountered plenty of enemies that have Promimal Tangibility + period invul + Enrage... those are a lot of fun too *cough*cough*
Likewise my ranger met a rare worm (the ones that sit under the floor and pop out sporadically) that had life regen and a bunch of other high damage mods, so it would only pop out when I stood still and let it attack me, I would then dodge away do say a third of its life in damage with 1 hit, and then it goes back underground, regenerates fully and rinse repeat. The only way to kill it would be stand still and let it wail on me, so I just walked away...
Some of the rare combos are legit harder than any boss
That's sure fun playing a class which is not designed to let things hit you
If your class is designed to not get hit you have a build issue. If you want to play a glass cannon, don't complain about "broken" Rare Enemies.
Most builds are not supposed to facetank rares with default autoattack cuz you have no mana.
