Lost my Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum

This is the ultimatum you need in act 3 for more ascensions, the Chimera boss drops it on defeat. I picked it up, and it is not in my inventory, the quest updated as tho I did have it. So I am soft locked out of more ascension points. I've seen other people online who have had the same issue but no one has had a solution yet. Any tips on how to move forward would be dope.

I'm pretty sure you can just do any chaos run to get your skill points, the item occasionally drops with the zone level. If you ask in trade chat, someone will probably give you a couple for free.

If you can get another coin to drop it should work you will just need to check the description as it will tell you if you can get Ascendancy points from it or not.

I had a couple of extras from when I did the campaign on my first char in my stash and was able to use one on my second char.

Only thing you need to keep in mind is if you die it is gone forever unlike the Chimeral version which lets you keep using it until you complete the trial.
