Report a translation problem
The only thing that solved my crashing issues when loading new areas was the following configuration:
On windows, Search for: Graphics Settings
Turn OFF the folowing option on advance settings:
Hardware-Accelerated GPU scheduling
That solved if for me, no more crashs so far.
I now have ~30 hours play time since updating to 24h2. still 0 crashes
5900x and 3070ti with 32gb ram @ 1440p dx12 default settings

Honestly though, same here. I'm on W11 and haven't had any issues and my rig is beginning to show it's age. It was all brand new when I got the Ryzen 3800x close to its launch, so, it's effectively ancient by PC standards.
