Obtaining Storm Runes

Hi Im new to this game, wondering if there is a specific location that's optimal for farming Storm Runes (that add 1-20 electric dmg). I had one but i got a better weapon and i wanna farm for that. OR maybe i can buy it somewhere, i have no idea. THANKS.

they are just global world drops, there is not specific place they drop in greater numbers.


as for buying them. when you reach act 1 cruel town the gamble vendor will give you access to the currency exchange for a streamlined way to trade for runes with other players

before that you would have to use the poe2 trade site, but I dont recommend it.
