I have a RX 7900 GRE + 5600X + 32GB Ram.
I have no issues running this game on the highest settings at 1440p.
I have capped my FPS at 100. Although without the cap I get a solid 140-160 fps. (FSR Quality Enabled in-game) (Latest AMD Drivers) It seems like your GPU may not be good enough for this title. It's not very CPU heavy.

Try around with the gaming modes in the Adrenaline Software. After latest update the preconfigured Hyper-RX mode runs pretty well for me

Ya agree only on opening map loading town is cpu heavy 100% after is just 20% .

mostly gpu heavy.

I have equipment with the following parameters:
Ryzen 5 2600X
RTX 3050
32GB ram.
No matter if I give maximum or minimum settings, the game is still unplayable (min 20. max 40 frames). Any ideas? I've tried probably everything they state on the internet

same.
i had 2 weeks ago launch
ryzen 3600x
32gb
nvme
rx580 8gb.

frame is 10 min to 50 max fps.

last week... i upgraded to a used 6700xt 12gb.
the perfomance is night and day.
- min 45 fps, maximum fps 130fps.
- avery 90fps.

my recommendation is, similiar to mine, upgrade the gpu, though it may not be necessary for now.

Because the RTX3050 8gb is about rx6600m 8gb. (still good card.)
= u can reserach some settings, youtube have some running average 80fps on rtx3050. still an okay card.

ur cpu and other hardware's is fine and good. you'll see major performance boost and playability. though down the like can get a used 5700x3d but it's not necessary for now. 2600x still still a good one. low settings and dlss.

i saw "Hardware Unboxed" australia , ryzen 2600x and the new intel b580 12gb very poor/bad performance, but pairing with amd or nvidia gpu is still fine.

its a shame. they need to optimize this game.
All MTX whether you own it or not is preloaded into memory. It's been like this in PoE1 and continues into PoE2. There's nothing you can do about it. Performance will get worse over time as they continue to churn out supporter packs and cosmetics. Performance every league in PoE1 has degraded since 2019. GGG can not do anything about it. Only you can upgrade your PC.
Its stupidly unoptimized, It seems devs relays on upscales to keep it going. I always play on RAW settings but POE2 just so bad at it, performance worse than cyberpunk on realise

CPU - 7900 12/24
GPU - 7900xtx
RAM - 36GB DDR5
m.2 SSD on all driver

I'm running a 6950xt at 1440p ultrawide and it is for sure a very demanding game. I have to use significant upscaling to stay in 40 to 60 fps on max settings.

Basically, unless you are spending $800+ on a graphics card, expect to have to make compromises on current gen games, like UE5 games, when playing above 1080p. Unless you want to use framegen, which 100% introduced latency and is gimmicky

i was having issues in town and when running into big packs of mobs/any delirium map. Frames would drop ro 23 from 140. Dealth with this for a while til i found a fix. If you have Nvidia change your shader cache from default to 10gb. No problems since.
Can I mention that ATI video cards and good PC shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence. :)

I got no idea how you are able to have that on a 1440p resolution.
But i sure would like the same FPS you get all the time tho! :o)
I got 7900 GRE, 7600x CPU, 32 GB 6.000 RAM CL32 and Samsung pro M.2 SSD.

If nothing happens, i got 164 FPS, but when runing several players or delerium maps, i get insane FPS drops to like 30 - 40 FPS.

So yours PC 8s bad too?
Check your network. I have stutters when steam is downloading new games.

Seems like PoE sends every move to the server and back. Any donwloads in background will cause huge lag spikes.
