Destroy Item Prompt needs to change

When you are prompted to destroy an item it would be really helpful if for rare quality and greater items if the "yes" option to destroy the item was greyed out for at least 2 seconds to stop accidental deletion.

Make it the default and provide the option to disable it for those that want to delete rare or greater items without the delay.

Alternatively, allow a restore item option or vendor.

vendors have a buyback option if you accidentally sell your rare.

the game already prompts you if you really want to delete an item if you throw it out in towns? maybe just look at the thing you're destroying better?
