why did the dev made only 3 acts

in the first game you had progressing in loot, difficulty and story while playing through 1 - 10 acts
but now you got downgraded to measly 1-3 acts. by my most shock the devs decidedto forgo the first game success and simply, and unironicaly recycle acts 1-3 with "cruel" tag on.
holy crap this feels backwards, cheap, and like making fun of people who played the first game
if you remember in the first game you had 10 acts, why didnt they made this "new" game at least have the same if not more
im just amazed how positive most people are about recieving as little as it could be for this game "main story"

Game doesn't come out for another 6-12 months dude. They can easily add another 3 acts to the game in that time period.

This. Dominus was the last boss of Act 3 for quite awhile after POE came out. They even went through cruel and merciless difficulty, added Atziri, and so much more before the other acts came out.
