If I clear the map first,I know map layout but If I start delirium,I get more from normal mob+delirium mob.Which one is better?

There is a reason why the mirror always spawns at the start near your portal. You're supposed to enter right away. The fog is a ring that is overlaid on the map, so if you see the timer move back to where you came from.

All enemies count towards your delirium counter (someone quote me if I am wrong), so starting it at the beginning makes sure you get the most amount of drops for that Mirror.

In theory, starting the delirium normally is the intended gameplay, since you get more rewards by killing more enemies in the fog. However, the fog acts in unpredictable ways, often bugs out, doesnt move, moves too fast or too slow, so following it through the map can be a pain. Moreover, the fog obscures everything and makes it harder to spot dangerous on-ground effects, making the map itself much more dangerous, and it can be distracting to try and follow the fog while also dealing with the rest of the map.

TLDR:
Doing the map first, then mirror - a safer, slower strat with smaller returns.
Opening it at the beginning - riskier, faster strat with greater rewards (potentially significantly greater). Even if you dont clear the whole map with mirror you will still probably get more.

Go in right at the start if you can do it without dying. If you below lev 90s do it anyways.
Delirium has become my favorite, you can do rituals and breeches too while delirium is up, always a bit of an adrenaline rush :)
