But yeah, many of them are questionable. I have two that want me at low life for bonuses, but I can't really see myself wanting to play at low life when so many things hit so hard. Though I'm using one of those because it can be worn at level 2 and has 149 energy shield. That said, every time I use a skill, and even swinging a melee weapon counts as a skill, I lose 5 health.

Call of the brotherhood Topaz Ring is ridiculous for Ice/Lightning hybrids as well. Turns all lightning damage into cold, so Charged staff stacked with Cold Support gems absolutely blasts frozen, paired with herald of ice everything shatters
Uniques are good, just very dependant on your setup, however, they are rarer than the junk uniques I can agree
Item is almost useless in itself, but that one perk allows me to stunlock the ♥♥♥♥ out of mobs and bosses.
