you bought a license for PC, not for PS5.
Well, technically, we own a license to the product but not the actual product. If you want to "own" a software package in this day and age, you're better off throwing in your lot with GoG.com and making sure you have the offline installers downloaded. As far as Sony products go -- get the physical disc version of whatever game it is and you'll have some independence.
