Some crossbow skills not working

So as I was playing my Mercenary character today, all of of sudden some of the skill crossbow skills stopped working. Mainly the bolt skills, the turrets sill deploy and the grenade skills still work, but when I try to shoot bolts, nothing, and I have two different Merc characters with different builds, and the skills don't work on either one.

Same for me. grenades do work, but the bolts don't. Even more confusing that after loading any of the ammunition types, firing always fires the basic bolt. (It reloads to the basic one.)

The Crossbow isn't working properly.
When I do a roll immediately after I can't shoot my Merc is just standing there clicking away doing endless reloads.
You need to just stop making any inputs for a second or two and then you can shoot again.
Some enemies are so small they they go under your crossbow so your attacks misses them complete.
because you are shooting over their heads.
The bigger enemies when they get too close your crossbow clips through them and you shoot out of their backs.
this game plays like a Benny Hill sketch.
I'm starting to wonder if any of the original devs ever did any coding on this game or if they just outsourced the whole thing to a coding farm.

My Monk can`t walk if I use a crossbow as a second weapon but when I remove the crossbow (any crossbow, bow) I`m able to walk. Why is this happening cause before I had no such problem...
