Memory leak after awhile
The game starts to stutter randomly after 2h-3h of gameplay

anyone else with the same problem have found any fix for it besides closing and opening the game again?

It is a common issue. It happens to me even with everything updated. I use a 4060. Textures are not clearing out of the cache so it builds until it crashes

On a serious note, you can mitigate memory issues by adding more memory, and its not that expensive either, also you could try to run a memtest from the command prompt. IE, you have a bad corrupted sector that you cant reach until your PC hits memory length X.

Understand?

The memtest will also tell the CPU do not use sector X, and this stop the crash or stutter.

Also it could be over heating your card, can you monitor your cards | CPUs heat, it may cause the game to stutter, just some thoughts.

Having the same issue, so far I've found no solution except switching from high to medium detail in order to delay the issue. With high textures I get this problem after about 30 minutes of gameplay.

My specs are
Rx 6950 xt
5800x3d
32 GB 3600 mhz

I fixed the crashing, i went online and found the hotfix version of the nvidia graphics driver and installed it manually. Look for hotfix 566.45

OP is not crashing though... They are experiencing stuttering after a while, same as me.

Yeah in my case it happens after 25 to 30 minutes. From 100 fps to a slideshow, like if someone just flipped a switch. What are your specs?
Yes I have that issue too. Every 1hr and half the game starts stuttering and I have to log out to fix it. Running on Linux.
