This is EXACTLY WHERE I AM.... so mad... On launch the game was fine. After the CoF nerf i have 100 fps then down to 20 when im just exploring fog of war.

A BSoD is always an indication of a PC problem. Overheating or electrical issues, most likely.
A game cannot BSoD a PC voluntarily of by accident.
Nope. End game is badly optimised for me.
Even when killing an Elite I lose 20fps randomly
Depending on how a game access your recourse, it actually can BSOD your PC.

Makes me think it's a Unity/engine issue.
If you are on an nvidia card, run nvidia profile inspector and make sure the correct profile is being used. For some reason, Nvidia tries to use the poe1 profile, even though a poe2 profile exists.
