What Does the Warbringer's Turtle Charm Do?
"35% less block chance; can block damage from all hits while shield is not raised"
Don't we already block damage when our shield isn't raised? Or does this do something else, like letting us block while dual-wielding/holding a two-handed weapon so long as we have a shield on the second weapon slot?

Not even the developers know anything about it judged by their own strange description of the given mechanic.

It means you can now block more than just attacks and projectiles.
so less block chance, but you could block an aoe effect etc...
