Beside problems in Windows 11, NVIDIA cards and newer Intel CPU there's little you can do, other than waiting for GGG. Seems people crash on different hardware.
You can change to Vulkan and to set vsync either on or off. Also try to repair the game files in Steam, or rollback an OS update, for some that has worked. Other then that you'll have to wait for a bugfix.
For your own sanity you could also run:
sfc /scannow
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
as admin to see if you have a corrupt system file somewhere. I run them regularly.
I'm on older hardware myself but with a custom windows 10 and no crashes.

Its a windows problem.
For many yes, Win11 is a travesty, but that's not a solution in itself for those that are already on 24H2. Your only options are to either to hopefully wait to see IF i gets better, rollback and stop updating, or change OS entirely.
