FSR Not Working, Neither Intel XeSS
I'm pretty sure FSR & XeSS are not working. They give the same fps as NIS & Bilinear settings. Anyone noticed?

Working here. Maybe a bug, or you're CPU bottlenecked.

Dumb question, but are you selecting a quality option for them, and not "Native AA"?

They work for what I have seen, use Native AA but if you are trying to get max fps then make sure to check the box for adaptive resolution and Native AA will be the max allowed setting so it will give you that quality when it can and use the technology you choose to do the scaling when the resolution is reduced and upscaled.

FSR works for me on this game. XESS is kinda meh. I would use FSR over XESS. If you're using FSR Native AA That is FSRAA which is the same as DLAA its native resolution enhanced. So you wont get anything from that. you need to use FSR Quality or Balanced/Performance modes.
