so much this!!!! I think kids in fortnite can get revived faster lol
But seriously its way to long, sometimes. IDK it feels inconsistent. I have revived my friend in like 2 to 3 secs once then other times its like double that.
Also, I recall being allowed to respawn instantly in PoE(1), and rejoin fighting whatever boss was up. Did they change this in PoE(1) too. Haven't played PoE(1) for many years.
Because you get only 1 death + potential revives per instance it seems. A buddy was half map away and he just relogged in hope to stand at the checkpoint. He was instead standing in the city and couldn't join my area again.
If you are playing Single-Player the reason is to take time to reload and revive all monsters.
If you are playing Coop the reason is that not taking time would kill the purpose of dying.
Simple.
it takes 10 secs to revive a downed teammate in duos but it is faster when more people are doing it and you cannot be flinched out of it so you can "stick the rez"
That would mute the point of the boss designes to the extreme....
My main problem is if you are in a boss fight with a friend you can't get a second to attempt a revive. If you do you will 100% get interrupted and they are forced to just watch the fight. That part is absolutely stupid. This is not difficulty, This is just stupid punishment. Whats worse is the player's time who died is not only wasted, but they've been straight up robbed of even being able to try that boss again with that character.
I get why it's not instant...but man this feels kinda silly.
How does this affect anyone?
first try, 400th try, why add a feature that is almost useless?
Do you get sad when other people have fun?
