So i played 36 hours, enjoyed every second of it, maybe had to much fun with the guys in the chat, maybe we had some extra fun using slurs to each other, maybe we've been blocked in the chat for 5 minutes, and once i started the game, ran some quests and during boss fight got disconnected and saw a nasty "your account has been locked, contact the support" thing without the thing about tickets and locations as other guys had, just locked.

1. I can't log in into the PoE2 website it says the same as in the game.
2. I reached out to the support via email, waited for 1,5 days no responce (i realize about high demand on them but curious when they usually respond)
3. I don't know the exact reason for blocking me, but i think it was because someone reported me for saying ♥♥♥♥ directed to my friends or what (stupid thing)
4. I don't know will i be unlocked or what
5. I don't know how can i delete this account, unlink it and buy one more

I hope you get it sorted and it could be the case you were reported. One of my first tips would be to stay away from global chat.

Yeah, if you're going to throw slurs around, make sure everyone seeing it is ok with it. Impossible in global chat and not guaranteed in group chat. I wouldn't be surprised if GGG didn't rely on reporting for some things. Keep the middle school talk in middle school.

Just don't use in game chats at all..they are filled with overly-sensitive people who are just looking for any reason to feel like a victim and triggered.

We seen the bans last 1 day on up to 7 for chat bans. Wish you luck.

Another case of didn't read the manual (In this cause EULA/TOS.) you just hit accept on everything when you first started the game, but it's pretty clear about what you can and cannot do. Your lock/ban can be overturned, but as someone said above. You're likely low priority to bring back.
