trial of chaos
seems a bit dumb to die once and not being able to try again until you find another one of those super rare trial tokens

You can literally keep retrying? Just go to the alter outside, close it and open it again.
You don't lose the Token till you've finished the trial.

Your Ultimatums for the Trial of Chaos should not be lost even on a failed run. Did you check the altar?

was still in the altar but couldnt go in it again

my issue is the painful logout and having to restart.

Strange. It should give you the option to Close/Open the trial again using that same Ultimatum.

Maybe try resetting the instance or taking the Ultimatum out of the altar and placing it back in?
