potion sometimes not consuming

Hi, I've come across this weird issue playing with controller. 1 time out of 8-10ish my potion doesn't work when I tap to use use them. i have to double tap even sometime triple tap the arrow for them to function. Considering its really important to save my charge or heal in quickly in crucial time, this overtapping/bug is really annoying. It wasn't doing that first couple of days.

I tried ; switching controller, same bug, reverting all option to default, same bug

I emulated a keyboard on my controller and played wasd and the issue is gone when playing emulated keyboard.

conclusion : its not my controller and i really don't know how to fix this.

someone else experiencing this so we can build a bug report?

My brother play on controller and does not have this issue.

Any help/comment would be appreciated

its not a controller issue, I'm regularly having the same issue using mouse and keyboard. Try to use HP potion and nothing happens, no flask charge used and HP doesnt go up, spamming the key also makes no difference it only seems to work when it feels like it

literally had the exact same issue on mouse and keyboard and to make matters worse it was on a 10 breach map
