Cannot access the shop[

I want to use my points but I can never get the shop to load. Is it just down or something? why cant i buy stuff?

The cash shop for tabs/costumes and stuff? Nah, it's down. Screwed me over cause it purchased the storage tab twice on me. Don't touch.
