You are somewhere where are enemies, right? They don't summon in the City Hub Areas. Also sometimes they only spawn once you moved in an area.
Yes, I've just got to Act 3, and they aren't spawning in this act either.
1. I didn't had the prerequisite for the support gem (because I swapped gears that was buffing me in a determined stat), so I had to unequip it;
2. Same as above but with spirit, my max spirit was lower than what I had so I had to manually lower my skelly count on my other skills.
They continued to spawn when they were destroyed even with the "Cast on shock" gem was refitted, but after I died, they did not re-spawn. Not until I removed, then re-seated that gem.
That has to be a bug.
I had 2 dudes from the scepter and then another skill using spirit to give me 3 archers.
The old scepter had 129 spirit, the new one had 100 spirit.
When switching scepter I would say there is a bug that let me carry on using all 3 archers even though I didn't have enough spirit. This must have been recalculated when I levelled up. Took me a couple of minutes of toggling the skills to realise what I had done.
this is similar to what happened to me. i upgraded my grim feast which caused it to take more spirit. rather than disable that or lessen an archer, it disabled the weapon provided minions all together. i had to go in and manually remove minions to get to positive again and then they appeared
To get my skeletal minions back I equipped a second weapon, and I added the waepon swap binding temporarly to swap and they came back
Also if any support gems are used, those are not reflected when in town.
It is however calculated properly when in town, so you could loose minions without it showing the reservation when in town.
Also, I did report a bug a while ago where minions die, it will not always re-summon the correct warriors. I think it has to do with the change from 1 to 2 minions being summoned for free.
I switched to archers only and am not using a warrior sceptre anymore, to get rid of the bugs with it.
