herald of plague for monk
i can activate it but i do not see the buff. Is this bugged or not intentional?

is bugged. i have fragmentation of round skill socketed with poison gem but i cant see the deference when the monsters die poisoned.

visual bug, doesn't show my bow dripping poison 1/2 the time

Doesn't work at all. Its unfair to see all the classes use Herald of strike as main hit skill. Need to buff also Herald of ash with effect area at least 2,5 meter otherwise all this category of skill are unbalanced.
