Inevitable Critical
Is anyone using this support gem? I wanted to test it on my Ice Sorc with freezing shards to crit at least once every 4 seconds, but for some reason it doesn't work.

Seems like it doesn't build up for this skill. Are there any restrictions?

Edit: I also put it into comet and it didn't proc.

100% increased crit rate is just double crit chance, not guaranteed.

10% crit chance x 2 = 20%

a lot of people don't know how stats are applied in this game. Base X additive passives X Mult X Mult X Mult etc etc. increased is additive, more is mult. But increased on gear affects base.
