A bug with a lack of SPIRIT when trying to activate a skill.

I took the Cast of Ignite/Shock/Freeze stone. When you try to activate it, an exclamation mark appears, there is not enough spirit. If you take it out and insert it again, the exclamation mark disappears, but when you try to activate it, the exclamation mark again.

The free spirit is 370, with a requirement of 60. Intelligence 170, with a requirement of 72.
