skill/spell/attack speed
the way I understand it all gems you see when you open the skill tab are skills.
they come in 2 types, attack and spell.
so attack speed increases the speed of attack gems (that includes your basic attack)
spell speed increases the speed of spell gems
skill speed increases the speed of everything

can someone confirm if I understand this right?
