Whai is weapon skill max point

Like +to skills? Highest I've seen is +3, but I'm not deep in the endgame

+4 for most gear, +6 for two-handers and +2 for an offhand iirc
You can check the detail when you hover over an item, it shows the maximum value of each stat roll (if you press shift, I believe)

If you're referring to skill gems, the max lvl is 20

those are skill points you can assign, if you choose too, to a specific weapon slot. Say if youre Lightning weapon is in slot 1 and your fire weapon is in slot 2....you could assign lighting stuff to slot 1 and fire stuff to slot 2.

However, you still need the skill points to assign...so basically its very late game stuff AFTER your core build is done.
