Every 2nd map DC or Crash

Since the update yesterday I have constant crashes or disconnects to login screen.
First I thought it was when comet was cast through cast on shock. But that was not it.
Changed DX11 and Vulcan but both did not work.
Dienstalled the last Windowsupdate (cam yesterday too) but did nothing too.

Anyone else having constant dcs?

Edit: It seems to happen only on maps with modifiers (Boss, Breach, Delirium, ...)

yes having the same issue, and it's not because you have a bad pc lol.
I have a 4090 and still get disconnected 1 every 3 times i enter any portal

u need to use their client from the site i got the same and it fixed for me

The game ran flawlessly for me prior to 0.1.0d. Now, every other map i enter, i'm met with an immediate disconnect and get my waystones deleted.

They broke something important and unfortunately since it's GGG, it's probably never going to get fixed.

Same, latest patch broke something for me too. I'm getting dc either it's upon entering a map or changing area. The loading from one to another puts me back to login screen.

I had a chat in game aswell and lots of people experienced that. I reported the bug through /bug in game.

Currently unenjoyable if I may say. Let's hope we get a fix soon

What i'm dealing with is my pc hard freezing upon map transition, no clue why. It's been less frequent lately but still happens.

I have to hard reset then.

If you are on Windows 11 24h2, you need to change core affinity in task manager of PoE process by - 2 cores. This will prevent the PC to crash just PoE. There is a major bug in 24h2. Only option is to reinstall Windows 11 22h2 or 23h2.

salty man....I got a new PC 3 months ago which probably trumps your stuff...
7700XT and ryzen 7800 with the rest to susatin this. Tho it is not the PC.

Get a braincell before writing salty comments.

I like the game a lot. You don't need to "defend" it. But it crashes. Not only for me but for others too. We just want to have fixes so we can play a nice game we enjoy. We don't need you.

I didn't have any DCs before. Buddies of mine had during campaign and I thought I was lucky since I was free of any crashes (thought it was my superior PC). But since yesterday it crashes. The day before mapping was fine. Not a single crash

my game was on infinite loading, problem stopped after changing gateway in login screen.

Quick question. How exactly do I do this? Do I just uncheck the last 2 of my cores? I got Core 0-15 to choose from.

@lopschi93 you need to uncheck 2 cores for the poe2 process in task manager, or better use the programm process lasso, it is free, and you can automate it this way. but you need to delect true cores, not virtual cores. you need to find out which cores are real first. and better use ryzenmaster and see which cores are the best. what cpu do you have?
