Can't roll for items.
Not sure what happened was working earlier today, not when i try to buy a random item it makes the change noise but doesn't let me buy. Anyone else? I can buy from other vendors though

Seems to be only Risu, went back to act 1 and could get random gear from that merchant

same i cant buy anything or sometimes i can buy one and it stops working again

yea figured it out look on bottom right, it refills for every boss u kill
