Patch Notes?

I wanted to see the patch notes, but the website doesn't load and have been trying for a while now. I wish they would post the patch notes on steam too.

i think i had 4 or 5, im lvl 42. only one of them was any good for my build

This sounds exaggerated, rares drop all the time for me and usually NOT the ones I want. So what I do is craft my rares. So no idea how you ARENT getting rares when it's 100% craft-able if you have mats.

path notes were "coming soon" anyways if you went and looked at them before the server restart

they pressed the wrong button and accidentally took their website offline rather than the game for the update.

They probably have the worse/most down website I've seen in recent times, I can give some leniency for game servers on launch day but having just a plane old vanilla website down so often is an embarrassment to whoever runs that over there, pretty pathetic.

ATT in California is notoriously bad with its hop routing to various parts of the country, including servers located IN California. There are similar issues in SE USA, like Florida.
