Constant lag spikes and disconnects

For the past 3 days the game is basically unplayable due to lag spikes every couple seconds and sometimes even freezing for multiple seconds at a time which sometimes cause me to disconnect. I've tried all servers and it's the same thing across the board. What's also strange is that if I have poe2 open, and I tab out to google search or check my internet speed, my entire internet just hangs until I exit poe2 and then everything goes back to normal.

Not so much disconnects, but yes, plenty of lag.
