Path of Exile 2

In game auction house
This game desperately needs an in-game auction house so we can trade wether we are online or not. This would end as well people not replaying to buy offers, price fixing and raising prices after making an offer.

I belive all of us experienced those problems and we are all tired of it. Teleporting to hideout and meeting buyer face to face every trade is just ridiculous.

If they implement Auction house in-game. Then the devs wont get their cut at RMT sites.

"If players are unhappy we will change things until they are happy" quote from ziz interview, so looks like those are just empty words eh
No bud, but my money makes me entitled to opinions and suggestions, and this one would improve quality of life immensly
Their trade system is and has been hot garbage from the get go. Not sure which moronic dev thought it was a good system but their opinion needs to be removed from all development decisions

Subjective. 12 gen and newer cpu's have me leaning toward everything running in windowed mode and alt-tab means the shop is always available without extra navigation; it can be set to auto-refresh and easily put on another display.

Now the process to traverse the stages loading multiple scenes to meet a player at their hideout or a town could be smoother.

Of course the game does need an ingame auction house and not trading via a website like 1990. But GGG is not able to understand this.

At this point, it seems that developers are in control of RMT websites. On the very first day of each league, you can find numerous sites offering thousands of divines and mirrors with instant delivery, both in PoE1 and PoE2. This raises two possibilities:

1. The developers themselves own these RMT websites and have the ability to generate an unlimited supply of currency.

2. A significant security vulnerability exists that allows hackers to create currency at will.

There seems to be no other explanation for how players can purchase 100 mirrors within just 10 minutes on the first day of a new league.
3. and actual reason is a lot of people are earning a lot of money by selling those mirrors, divines etc. If wow has over 100k bots online at any moment, what do you think situation in poe2 is? Steam isn't the only place the game is available to play, so multiply the 200k concurrent players in steam by about 3 to get 600k players. If 1k of those players drop a mirror a day and 30% of them sell it instantly to some bots owner, it's 300 mirrors a day. That's exactly how it works. No one will exploit a game, and if could, why would they do it? If anyone notices, it'll be exactly as it was with ritual exploiters.

Even if that's true about devs and RMT sites (and it does look like it) auction house won't eliminate those but still will make life better for everybody
