Queen of Filth - good boss
Her rolling attack (2 hits)
She light stuns with the first attack EVERY TIME, with NO animation OR voiceline
Her second attack MOVES YOU EVEN IF YOU DODGE ROLL and this attack kills

VERY good boss, not even talking about 1x1 meter arena with 2x2 meter boss on it

im stuck on this bos as well. stupid boss and bad mechanics. the damage bosses do is just way to high. nerf it to hell

unless ur melee keep ur distance? if melee go in for the hits and then back out (takes some learning of the rythm tho)

I was also having trouble with Queen of Filth.
I got past her by adding some sockets to my armor and adding some Armor/Evasion/Energy Shield runes.
I think I also upgraded my rings/amulet to get a little bit of Chaos resistance for all the bad stuff she throws on the ground.

Edit: I was playing Ranger with a pure Evasion set up, so I went from getting 1 shot to getting 2 shot. That was all I needed though, since I got a good feel for the telegraphs and could tank one hit from her rolls.

I actually like the boss's mechanics they aint really the issue unless you really can't learn telegraphs, it's the bad loot drops which make the fights drawn out and feel frustrating.
Players literally have to stop thinking your "build" is one size fits all. It's important to remember why we have the ability to Refund Passives, Change Gear, Improve gear and focus more on Resistance to suit the current situation.

Having this in mind, you can go from one shot to easy mode and wonder why you didn't think to do this before.

I fall victim to this terrible habit myself but it doesn't take me a trip to the Steam forums, calling for nerfs, before I use some common sense and learn to ADAPT to get past whatever is holding me back.
with most bosses they need to "tighten" up the spell effects. like the fireballs off the sun god boss in act 3, it doesnt look like its gunna hit me.. but it does.

That's the biggest problem with bosses.

It's just bad design
It would be fine if the hitbox timing for her 2 hit roll was more obvious. Getting insta killed in high level maps due to not understand it after all this time is getting really annoying.

That boss is an absolute joke.... since when did she become difficult?....
