Stuck in Boss Arena Limbo!

Okay, I cleared out all enemies, elites in Blooming Field, Tier 1 map.
I enter The Black Crow Boss arena, start the fight, whittle him down to 55%, around the time he departs the first arena.

What happens next, anyone?
He is now just hanging out near his perch, breathing and starring at it!

I cannot teleport out of the arena, exited the game twice to only return to where he is doing what he has been doing for 30 minutes and counting, cannot agro him, damaging, nada, kaput.

If it does not reset my game is bricked!

I am going to wait a little longer than that to play it safe, I hope that does the trick, I am enjoying playing again since it first launched this past Decemember.

Yup, Black Crow is still glitched. problem is killing/ stunning him too fast during second phase before he grabs the bell..
