Can't see Arbiter Waypoint cosmetic/skin

Not in cosmetic effects, not as decoration in hideout, not as variation of standrd wayipoint in hideout.

Twitch connected (it says game account connected), reward claimed, rebooted the game, still can't see it.

What am I missing?

Same, i got it yesterday and still not in game, i think it will available after the free weekend.
