boneshatter can wape whole screen out, what you need do is roll, regular attack, roll, boneshatter, and role again…
(done as warbringer which is technically weaker as well)
if you dont keep your weapon up to the highest level, well then theres the problem
*for my warbringer i just bought two handed club with 100-200 damage on lvl 28(got lucky i guess, it also have hp stealing from physical damage) and passed all 6 acts with it killing any usual bunch of mobs in one rolling slam, and only bought other club after that to lvl up comfortably till 75-79 lvl(max equipment lvl requirement)
Capped resistance, great weapon, 85-90% physical damage reduction.
People are overeacting about mace the problem is armor/life is garbage
was oneshoting almost everything, till the lategame, including early maps with just LMB, basically from act 2
as for bosses or elites tho it was 1 or 2 skills
warrior has its own charm, im not bragging but saying you just dont have the right build
try to go full head on damage with 2 handed in passives, armor break, some bleeding, take auras, take cultist greathammer (!) with good +% phys damage and enjoy wiping everything with nice smashing sound
also i can give you my old hammer for lvl 36 but i can assure you its enough till next one will be available
