So at this point there are two possibilities:

-People who are on the Elon's hate train and actively are acting in bad faith and just call him names hoping something sticks. At this point consider do you want to belong to these people?

-People who are, somewhat understandably, just salty he didn't have to grind ( whether true or not). At this point consider, as i said earlier, going outside and reevaluate life priorities, Elon certainly has them set right, as he just organized help for Los Angeles fire victims and doesn't even know about this "important online drama" unfolding here.

Also consider account selling business is a big market and there are tons of people using it, for better or worse. Not me, but it IS the reality and it doesn't hurt anybody so w/e, Care about actual cheaters and actual problems.

Stop spreading baseless rumours to defend Elon. Elon did not help organise help for LA fire victims. He's actually glad about it and spreading misinformation to fuel political hate which also hampers the LA rescue efforts.
Elon also lied about his gaming prowess and bragging he is top of the ladder but now he got caught so there's no "defense" left except from the clowns shilling for him either he paid them to or he's brainwashed them bad.

While i do agree with you about a degree being something different from a school graduation, there is also this little tidbit:
