Is it just me or no one is buying stuff on the trade market
The market has been real slow for me recently

It was slowing down when I stopped.

Makes sense though, not as many people playing compared to a month ago and the ones around are probably shopping for specific gear.

Well.. There's a current bug that people are exploiting in the masses and people are reporting all over global and other forums/social media.. basically people are sick of people in general not replying to them and or are sick of the people who aren't honest and post an item for 1ex where as in reality they are asking for a ton more.. so that kinda puts people off using the market in general.

Also the bug itself is more of a packet issue.. that should be sorted asap because this should not exist.. basically it comes down to people are selling items via market for a few div's, maybe even a few hundred.. and so when it comes to meeting and trading in general.. you see the host of the item post the item in trade and when people are accepting after laying down the sum of money.. once the trade is accepted people are discovering they do not get the item that was seen in the trade window.

It's not even about the poster of said item changed it last minute to scam.. no instead the item looks completely above board until the transaction through trade takes place.

This has been going on and on and seems to be happening constantly and now people are smart enough to avoid the markets until GGG finally get this sorted as this will cause massive distrust of the people selling on the market in general as its a pretty severe exploit.

It's been slowing down for sure. Not as many players. I get about 1-2 sales every couple hours. Now my quad tab for selling is filling up lol. I do still see tons of people WTS in trade chat (I don't even have global on, but i bet they do that there too), but it's also mostly people WTB carries for act bosses (because hardcore).

ive tried a few trades, and sometimes the trade section is bugged and i cant even drag my item over. Its dumb, wish someone could just buy it from me without me having to be there.

It's extremely slow in the market for sure. I've been trying to sell my +5 to lightning spells with near perfect stats for weeks now and I put the price for only 5 divs due to not getting any response and it's worth wayy more. Will probably stop interacting with the trade aspect of the game and just play like it's ssf from now on.

you cant say +5 with near perfect stats and 5 div, thats the biggest cap there is.

Buy what. Crap items at +10 divines? Everything that is somehow good cost +100 divines. I let RMT players to buy them. It's full of them in this game, this is why the prices are so high in POE 2.

Try posting it higher. People might think you're trying to price fix or they're not looking at that price range. Weapons in general are just hard to sell at this point.

I cant agree with you more, I wish ppl can just buy stuff directly from the trade site instead of me manually doing it

i spent about 30 minutes yesterday trading and got a full set for my alt witch (unique and what not) with zero issues at all

The whole "trade market" and using offsite cause this type of issue. It should be in-game market place.

The listing cost (no refund) would be like 10% or minimal of 1 of whatever currency you are choosing (since the game have different currency, people can trade with whatever currency exist in game)

This may or may not stop RMT (the idea is that all trades are recorded but hey, people worked around WoW Auction house) but the idea is still there.

this can solve the whole trade thing (you can still have it with friends) but when buying stuff from strangers, it is better to use auction house (if exist)
