The game is fine, the support team is not.
Grinding Gear Games, support is without exaggeration, the worst support team, I have experienced in nearly 2 decades of online gaming. After being false locked for 30 days, I was accused of being Ped, and was given an unrelated line of text - which was, me asking if i could level with my girlfriend, typed perfectly, with punctuation and no errors. This is not how you treat your players, i will not support GGG in the future, i am in a support correspondence to refund 2 accounts, my wife's and mine, its been 2 weeks - who saw that one coming.

Well thats GGG, they ban people for the hilarious dumb stuff ever...
My best Friend got banned because he wrote in Chat that he likes Pineapple Pizza and Support ignores his mails now since Months

Yeah support has been ignoring me for over 3 months now, i just wanted to unlink an account from Steam.
support is supposedly swamped rn but they really are taking forever answering my ticket!!!

After all of the accusations, and 3 emails back and forth, they decided i could not refund the account because the refund didnt happen 24 hours after the purchase.

They were the ones who made the delays, and locked my account for 30 days.
Do you understand the insanity? The account is unlocked but i no longer care.
Agreed, I put in an email, about some bug and I need my resistance. Its the benefits from the venom crypts quest, mine is bugged, no reward.

Still nothing they probably forgot about me.

Their bugs is basically email them and they forget about you afterwards.

Actually,
post on their forums, and email them. A lot of effort. I did both btw.

So, agreed their support is 0/10 I'm still waiting so 0.
