Booted multiple times

I don't trade
Steam Key Activated
No Overlays, never installed even for other games.
Logged into POE2 website to file a ticket once, a week ago.
Fairly Secure PC
Don't share Steam account with anyone
I do use a VPN but turned it off when this started happening, thinking the VPN was acting up. Booted about 5 times and the last time I saw the message.

Any other reason to get booted multiple times and see that message?

Is family share active? Change passwords for both Steam account and the GGG account if you have one.
