Skill "Cull the Hordes" not work

still not work.... i have skill "pitiless killer" and "cull the hordes" do not adds 25% for threshold

I believe this only works for the Witch Hunter ascendancy (or whatever other classes have the passive "Culling Strike"). I think you need that before cull the hordes works. This game does a terrible job explaining things.

It's what I write. I have a passive skill - "killer". And "cull the hordes" not add the threshold for this skill .

pitiless killer is 30/20/10/5 for normal/magic/rare/unique

so cull the hordes increases each of those BY 25%.
It does not add +25% to each. I mean that would be amazingly overpowered

bringing your total cull to

37.5/25/12.5/6.25
