Freezing pulse and Glacial cascade?

I was playing POE1 because it had Freezing pulse and glacial cascade, so my builds was always the same in each league, old school freezing pulse or GC since it launched..
My question, does POE2 have these spells?

Game is far from being finished, a lot of skills, supports, spirit gems are missing, many weapon types, classes and many many ascendencies are missing.

Glacial Cascade should be in game as far as i can remember. Freezing Pulse could one of the many skills who are marked with "coming soon".

Can't tell you. Only GGG knows for sure.
