Hello Exiles ! question for you , did you encounter that Moment of zen map in the middle of the water ? how did you get there ?
does the Seer loot options effect by waystone mod ?

area level might affect item level of the drops he offers but thats about it, we all have different atlas' so if its in the water with no connection you cant get there. Randomly generated.

Just run tier 1, doesn't matter. HIs loot isn't changed by that.
