Its going to lag because its being run on a server on the other side of the country and the graphics piped to you.

The only thing to do is get a phone powerful enough to run the game locally;)

I run POE2 on my computer, using my 4g phone connection because its more stable and less latency than my landline internet where I live and it runs great.
