Game slowed after patch

For some reason after updating the game it did stop working for me. After launching, game takes multiple times longer to load everything. Character selection shows spinning cogs instead of characters and background. And FPS changed from 60 to 10 while in town. I tried updating drivers, restarting PC and reinstalling game, nothing works. Did anyone have same problem as me?

My game is also really sluggish after the latest patch. Not sure what could be causing it though.

Update. Game fixed itself after a day. No idea how and why, maybe there was sneaky hotfix.
