"Unidentified" items at poe2 trade
I was looking for for megalomaniac jewel and I came across one strange lot. it is called "diamond" instead of "megalomaniac diamond" (I put exactly "megalomaniac diamond" in the search filter), and next to "corrupted" it has the property "unidentified". what does "unidentified" mean? the fact that seller didn't identify item with the help of the scroll or the hooded one? or does it mean something else?

Yes, the other player didn't identify the item. However there's been some stuff going on where people identified -> saw it was bad -> used the exploit to rollback and now try to sell the unidentified item for a higher price than what it's worth.

There's a high chance that the unidentified jewels offered for trade will have bad rolls.

In PoE1 it used to be impossible to identify corrupted unidentified items, until it was changed later on. But from what I remember it is currently not possible to identify corrupted things in PoE2. But no matter if it is possible or not, unidentified does indeed mean that is is not identified.

Also, be aware of that some players try to scam other players by trying to trade unidentified items that are actually different items than the one you want. So if you whispered to someone to buy an identified item, never accept unidentified items.
